1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 5g jili platform — including the website, mobile interface, games, and any associated services — you ("the User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 5g jili Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the 5g jili platform, including registered account holders, visitors, and any person who accesses any portion of the platform. Your continued use of 5g jili following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the 5g jili platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 5g jili or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 5g jili platform or any affiliated gaming platform.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the 5g jili platform, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 5g jili account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 5g jili login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 5g jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Account Verification (KYC): 5g jili may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership.
• Non-Transferability: Your 5g jili account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 5g jili platform are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 5g jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. 5g jili does not accept credit card deposits for gambling transactions in compliance with Philippine regulations.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Currency: All transactions on the 5g jili platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 5g jili is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the 5g jili payment policy. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the completion of any applicable KYC verification requirements.
• Own Funds: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of funds obtained through illegal means, or funds belonging to third parties, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
• Anti-Money Laundering: 5g jili complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5g jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 5g jili reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.
• Expiry: Bonuses and free credits expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account suspension.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5g jili platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform features.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from a software error are void and must be returned.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 5g jili platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 5g jili staff, support agents, or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the 5g jili platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of 5g jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 5g jili platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 5g jili platform without prior written consent.
• Use any 5g jili trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any 5g jili content or software.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the platform.

Any unauthorized use of 5g jili intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Philippine law.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 5g jili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions in service.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by software malfunctions, provided that 5g jili takes reasonable steps to rectify such errors promptly.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.

5g jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 5g jili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

5g jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy age verification or KYC requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the account holder.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and provided no legal hold applies.

You may close your 5g jili account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

10 Responsible Gaming

5g jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to help manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: You may configure session time reminders to alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: You may request a temporary suspension of your account for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) to take a break from gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request permanent self-exclusion from the 5g jili platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period and will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

5g jili collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and our Privacy Policy. By using the 5g jili platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• 5g jili will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

12 Amendments to These Terms

5g jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision.

For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, 5g jili will endeavor to provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via email or in-platform notification before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the 5g jili platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and 5g jili. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending resolution of a dispute.
